This used to be my regular spot, but the service has really declined. They’ve stopped answering my calls, though they’ll pick up when I call from a different number - which is unprofessional and frustrating.The biggest concern is that they only have one massage therapist working while the owner handles the front. This setup leaves the therapist overworked and customers waiting longer than necessary. It’s not fair to the therapist who’s doing all the hands-on work, and customers aren’t getting the quality service they deserve.This business needs proper management, adequate staffing, and consistent customer service. I hope new ownership will step in to turn things around, hire enough staff, and treat both employees and customers with respect. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Eva did a fantastic job tonight of taking care of some lower back pain I was experiencing for the past few days. Her walking technique really did the trick, and I'm already feeling a great deal of relief! My wife also enjoyed her massage by Summer, who helped work out some muscle cramping she had. I would definitely recommend going to see these hardworking ladies who strive to give their best to each customer!

1) The masseuse was talking to me during the entire massage and trying to have a conversation. Not okay.2) I requested a deep tissue…the female masseuse attempted to impress me with how strong she was and told me to call her “super girl”. She asked me to feel her bicep during the massage to show off her muscle. It was the most inappropriate thing I’ve ever experienced.3) The masseuse demanded more of a tip at the end of the session.Advice: go to a different spa. This place is not professional.

I've been seeing May and B over the last few months. They've given some of the of the best massages I've ever received and they are super knowledgable. I get a deep tissue massage mixed with Thai massage techniques. It always alleviates the pain and tension in my back from long hours behind my desk.

Great massage, deep tissue was great. I asked for 2 hours. It’s not on their price list but 90 mins is $120. She asked for $240! When I said never mind just give me the 90 mins she said “ohhhh no it’s $180” at the end of the massage I tipped her $40 (signs in building ask for $20 tip per hour and she awkwardly asked me for more money because the massage was so long. So I gave another $20.Great massage just awkward experience.

First they took me in last minute without an appointment. Then it was time for my massage, there is no words that can describe the five star excellence of service that I received from Bee! I am a massage slob and I usually get my massages every two weeks when I was living in NY and I tried other places but I now found my heaven of relief, especially with my back and neck pain. Bee knows exactly where to use her pressure points and I am extremely grateful.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY AND EVERY ONE WHO IS PRECISELY LOOKING FOR THE ACHIEVABLE SERVICE.

River Massage!! Tian is one of, if not the very best massage therapists you’ll ever have. She’s professional, thorough and very hard working. I have suffered from chronic pain for more than a decade and have tried the spectrum of treatments and Tian’s treatment(deep tissue massage and therapeutic stretching) has given me the most progress and promise of any I’ve ever had. If you need pain relief or simply relaxation, River Massage.(And for those unaware, tipping should start at $20 for an hour. They work very hard and deserve more)Thank you, TianI wanted to add that I am continuing my treatment at River Massage and still praising the employees there. I spent several years living in SE Asia. River massage uses the same traditional techniques of pressure and stretches. Very good and strictly professional services. Friendly staff and good management. Owner is nice, knowledgeable, and organized.

By far the best therapeutic massage center around. It's like going to a physical rehab center that offers massage therapy. Stretching is a focal point of their massages. Their technician's are all excellent.

I’ve been going to Rivers Massage for some time now and they provide the best therapeutic/professional massage I’ve ever experienced. They are able to work out all the knots while applying deep pressure in a thoughtful and caring manner. Hot stones are always a plus too! I always come out feeling invigorated and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Very professional, took great care of both me and my Mom! Also, clean, with a lovely faint smell in the air --and we left feeling wonderful! I definitely noticed the inclusion of Eastern techniques, and I'm now a believer of how well they work together to make the human body come back to life! We will DEFINITELY be back (and we'll bring our loyalty punch-card with us)!! P.S. They booked us for a next day appointment upon hearing that I was only in town for another few days - when no other local salon was able to!

This by far is the best place I've ever been to for a massage. I wont make this review long, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good experienced massage therapist who ensures your comfort and really good at making sure all your problem areas are addressed. She took her time and really focused on relaxing and working on my muscles which were very tense. Very thorough and didn't skip over spots she really got my back and overall body back to a comfortable position She always made sure I was comfortable and the environment was very relaxing, calm and quiet It was worth every penny
